Nergard signs deal for previously published releases

Jan 15, 2019

The melodic heavy metal band Nergard, spearheaded by Andreas Nergård, has signed a deal with Pug-Nose Records for the albums Memorial for a Wish (both the 2013 and 2018 version) and A Bit Closer to Heaven, as well as the singles The Haunted and An Everlasting Dreamscape. These releases were originally released by Battlegod Productions. It has been one of Andreas’s goals for a while to gather all the digital releases in one place, and since Pug-Nose Records had released a few Nergard singles and both the EPs before it was a logical choice. On February 1, the releases will be published by Pug-Nose Records in all digital channels. The effort should be seamless and fans and listeners should still be able to find the album online in the takeover period.

Owner of Pug-Nose Records, Kristian Singh-Nergård, comments on the signing:
Pug-Nose Records has been there with Nergard since the very beginning. We released the first EPs and singles and we’re glad to have all of Nergard’s releases gathered under the same roof.
